Annick holds a master’s degree in History from Ghent University and a master’s degree in Public Management from KU Leuven.

She started her career in outplacement and then moved on to executive research in a recruitment & selection firm. In 2006, Annick joined Russell Reynolds Executive Search, where she completed numerous cross border senior executive assignments in different industries. Before relocating to the UK, Annick worked 3 years for Financial Architects as HR Officer but still with a strong focus on recruitment and selection. In 2021 Annick returned to Belgium and in the same year, she joined Altior Executive Search as a Senior Consultant.

Annick specialises in cross border searches at the C-suite with focus on technology, industry and social profit.
