Louise combines a master’s degree in Business Communication with a bachelor’s degree in Literature & Linguistics, both from KU Leuven. After completing a three‑month internship at our Brussels office, she permanently joined the Altior team in 2021 and has since then established a strong foundation within executive search.

She brings a mature and analytical approach to complex search assignments, with a particular affinity for technically oriented and operational functions within a broad range of industries. In addition to her market insights, Louise combines strong stakeholder management with a sharp understanding of organisational dynamics.

She has developed expertise in ATS and CRM optimisation and leverages advanced AI‑supported sourcing and assessment tools to enhance efficiency and reach throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Her blend of technological fluency and people‑focused judgment allows her to deliver consistently high‑quality outcomes for clients and candidates’ needs.
