Talent Acquisition Professional

  • Your challenge is to determine and implement the recruitment strategies that will lead you to unique candidates  matching the clients’ profile requirements. You identify and search candidates, contact them  and conduct telephone screenings.  Your contribution to the organisation is in providing the (associate) partner you are working for with exceptional candidates.
  • On top of your Master’s degree, you can rely on a first experience in professional services.

Executive Search Consultant

  • You manage executive search assignments from the start until the placement and follow up of the hired candidate. You identify, contact, pre-screen and interview candidates on management level. You advise clients on candidates
  • Your contribution to the organisation is offering additional value for our clients by executing assignments from A to Z. Candidates for this position should hold a Master’s degree  and at least 3 years experience in human resources functions or in professional services.

Senior Executive Search Consultant

  • You manage executive search assignments on director level from the start until the placement and follow up of the hired candidate. You identify, contact, pre-screen and interview candidates on director level.
  • By acting as a trusted advisor for your clients, you generate repeat business.
  • You coach and develop a Talent Acquisition Professional.
  • Your contribution to the organisation is offering additional value for our clients by executing assignments from A to Z.
  • Candidates for this position should hold a Master’s degree  and have 5 to 10 years experience in human resources functions or in professional services.

Associate Partner

  • You manage and develop  a portfolio of attractive clients. Supported by (a)Talent Acquisition Specialist(s), you hold final responsibility over your portfolio of clients and assignments.  By guiding exceptional candidates on director and C-level to your clients, you generate (repeat) business with your clients.
  • Your contribution to the organisation is in generating (repeat) business with your clients.
  • Your master’s degree was the start of a successful career in human capital functions or in professional services. As a senior business professional, you are a sounding board for your clients on C-level. You are an intra-preneur able to develop profitable business with your clients.

The application process

Your résumé is important, but we're even more interested in how you structure and organize your thoughts. The type and number of interviews you'll have depends on the function you are applying to, and generally include 2 Biographical and Competence Based Interviews, a Business Case and a Reference Check.
