12 years with Meeremans & Bloemen (subsequently HudsonlDe Witte & Morel) with coaching from Rob Bloemen.

There, I was jointly responsible for the overall organisation of the office, was behind the salary surveys of Meeremans & Bloemen and as a senior consultant, dealt with the recruitment of top talents for leading clients/companies (including Unilin Quick-Step).

5 years as Corporate HR Director at Unilin Group  (> 900 million euro turnover, 2600 employees, international environment) and a member of the management committee. 

In addition to structuring the professional HR organisation, I was also responsible for attracting top talent for the various international sites to middle management, senior management and Board level.

Christoph Leenknecht

Born ‘68

12 years of professional experience within Human Resources Management, including:

6 years at the West Flanders Quality Assurance Centre (now known as Amelior) as Business Unit Manager of the Education and Training division.

In this role, my team and I were responsible for the creation and marketing of trend-setting training programmes in the specialist fields of quality, environmentalmanagement, safety and Human Resources Management.

6 years as Senior Consultant at Schelstraete & Desmedt - Executive Search

Here I was responsible for the finding the right qualified people for critical vacancies and/or discreet recruitment assignments for family firms as well as multinationals.

Eric Pot

Born ‘58

23 years of professional experience in Human Resources Management, including:

13 years within Human Resources Consulting as Consultant and Business Manager with DIP (today part of SD WORX Consultancy), Managing Partner with Baeten & Pot and Senior Manager with E&Y Consulting/Meeremans & Bloemen.

I was principally responsible for the recruitment and assessment of top talent as well as the relationship management of large international and national companies. Furthermore, for a limited number of clients I acted as their HR Business Partner, providing consulting services with regard to the broad HRM domain.

10 years in Human Resources Management, respectively as Human Resources Manager (Recticel, market leader in polyurethane foam products), Director Human Resources & Communication (Aon, leading global provider of risk management services, (re)insurance brokerage and human capital consulting) and HR Group Recruitment & Mobility Manager (Dexia, European Bank, leader in public & project finance).

I was responsible for all aspects of HR Management, including a.o. international recruitment and mobility of top executives, employer branding, career development, compensation & benefits. I was also involved in several HR-projects, such as the setup and implementation of HR-road maps for organizational change projects, the creation of a professional HR-department and HR-audit within the scope of due diligence.

Before starting in Human Resources Management/Consulting, I worked for 3 years as a member of the scientific staff (research, lecturing) within the Department of Psychology, University of Ghent.
